Er-rog–e-nos Sir, What’s that?

So we are a few pages into our new text and the term errogenous is spotted by a few Year 12 students.  They are unsure of its meaning but in this context within the novel it must be something sexual.  I explain that it has significance it terms of physical pleasure and that for instance one area that can be stimulated is behind the knee.  The response; “So you just touch it and it turns on?”  A little to learn still I think.
